As an experienced C-suite executive, Rich Harrison has helped to lead numerous major automotive aftermarket firms in navigating and leveraging the most important industry shifts of the past three decades. His prowess in strategy, operations, and business development—together with particular accomplishment in industry consolidation—has been a catalyst for rapid growth throughout his career. Rich has developed a consistent track record building high-performance teams and executing large-scale roll-up strategies, and has led well over 100 acquisitions to-date.

Rich began his career with glass-repair group Belron International, where he was responsible for strategy, business development, and operations for multiple divisions. After leading Belron’s entry into the U.S. market, he joined Safelite AutoGlass as COO and helped it double in size to become the leading auto-glass repair and replacement brand in the country. Rich then co-founded TruRoad Holdings, which he led in becoming the U.S.’s second-largest auto glass-repair and replacement firm.

In 2020, Rich founded CollisionRight, a leading regional multi-shop collision repair operator that has grown to 100 shops across 10 states within just four years. CollisionRight today employs over 1,500 collision repair professionals and serves more than 90,000 vehicles per year. It is headquartered in Dublin, Ohio. Rich continues to lead the company’s rapid expansion as CEO, both within the regions that it currently serves and into new markets throughout the U.S.

Kevin Burnett’s Chief Operations Officer title is backed by his 40+ years of collision industry expertise and a wealth of knowledge in information technology and operations leadership. Before joining our team, he led cross-functional teams and 735 collision repair shops to deliver consistent business results. As an integral part of a national MSO’s leadership team, Kevin has significant experience fostering strong relationships with insurers and other partners in the DRP/Strategic Accounts arena.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Business Management. Since 2017, he has been giving back to the industry by serving on the Board of Trustees for the Collision Repair Education Foundation (CREF).

Matt Pettoni brings over 20 years of finance and leadership experience across multiple industries, including 15 plus years in various automotive sectors. He began his career as a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and advanced through leadership roles in several Fortune 500 companies, eventually serving as CFO for multiple private equity-backed firms.

Prior to joining CollisionRight, Matt was the CFO of Tidal Wave Auto Spa, a private equity backed car wash chain, where he led the Finance, Accounting, HR, and IT functions. In a three-year span, he facilitated the company's rapid growth from 50 to over 250 locations. Prior to Tidal Wave, Matt was the VP of Finance, Treasurer, and Investor Relations for Asbury Automotive Group, an $8 billion publicly traded company.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering and a minor in Economics from Georgia Institute of Technology. He also earned an MBA, a Master of Science in Finance, and a Master of Professional Accountancy from Georgia State University. Additionally, Matt is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

With over 25 years of progressive experience in human resources, Denise Kestner has successfully helped companies attract and retain the talent needed to advance organizational objectives. Prior to starting her consulting work, she held several senior and executive-level positions in human resources for CareCrest Health, as Director of Human Resources for ECOutlook, and the Director of Human Resources for Title First Agency. She then became the President of ClearPath HR, supporting clients across various industries in managing their human capital. In addition to her work in the human resources field, she also serves as a professor at three universities, including The Ohio State University.

Denise earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master's in Vocational Counseling from the University of Florida, along with a Master’s in Management, Labor Relations, and Human Resources from The Ohio State University.

Craig Douglas brings over 34 years of experience working in IT for retail and insurance. For the first 24 years of his career, Craig led the technology team at Safelite AutoGlass, where he was instrumental in building connections with the largest insurance companies in the US. There, he led critical projects, including the creation of Third-Party Claims Processing Applications, Call Center Systems, and Financial, Point of Sale, and Mobile Technologies. His most recent venture was serving as a consultant to large retail organizations, including TruRoad Holdings, where he led the technology strategy during a period of heavy acquisition of auto glass repair shops.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University.

Michael DeFrancesco adds a wealth of collision industry knowledge and expertise to our team with 40+ years of experience. His background is broad, spanning different aspects of the business, from fleet management to customer, vendor, and insurance relationships. Michael also worked in various capacities as a Business Development and Strategic Account Manager for the largest fleet management, wholesale parts, and collision MSOs in the US. While working at his family’s collision centers and auto glass repair company, he created a dynamic portal to bring the customer together with insurance companies and dealers. This initiative generated consistent revenue and provided an exceptional customer experience. When Michael joined ABRA, he made an immediate impact on his team and was promoted to Business Development Manager. In this role, he handled insurance relationships for the entire Northeast region. He continued the relationship when ABRA and Caliber merged, working with insurance partners as a Strategic Account Manager on a national level.

Michael has received the Highest Award of Achievement from Dale Carnegie.

As our General Counsel, Aaron Weir oversees the company’s legal affairs, along with internal legal functions and outside counsel relationships. He is committed to achieving our initiatives and overseeing all acquisition activity. Aaron is a member of the Leadership Team that establishes and implements the strategic direction of CollisionRight. Previously, Aaron was a partner in a prominent Columbus, Ohio, law firm where he focused his practice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance and acted as outside counsel to a variety of companies both in the US and abroad.

He graduated from Capital Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor in LLM in Taxation. Aaron also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University and a Master’s in Sports Administration from Ohio University.

Jennifer Defilippis brings almost 15 years of progressive operations experience in the auto collision industry, working with the largest national groups like Gerber, Caliber, and Service King. Prior to joining our team, she led process and development training efforts at Service King, ranging from new hires onboarding development to low performers coaching and partnering with Business Development as the organization’s DRP SME for its largest insurance partner, State Farm. While at Service King, she helped close to 300 new estimators launch their careers under the Estimator Development Program she oversaw. She built two centralized departments, Estimating and Closing RO Files, from process development to training and implementation for estimating and RO file-closings to improve operational efficiency. Jennifer also served as the business process liaison between operations and IT to create and oversee all CCC management processes and system controls with Operational Leadership. As part of the Project Management Office for the organization, she played a critical role in several key company initiatives, including the CCC management system rollout impacting all 330 locations and 6,500 teammates.

Jennifer is a certified PMI-ACP in Project Management, Vale estimating certification, along with multiple other training certifications.
