MEET THE TEAM
Our diverse leadership team is united by a shared vision for growth
As our Co-founder and CEO, Rich Harrison brings over 30 years of global strategy coupled with operational and business development experience to the automotive aftermarket industry. As a proven C-Suite executive, he has developed a consistent track record of building high-performance teams and executing large-scale roll-up strategies in the automotive aftermarket space. To date, he has led efforts to complete over 100 acquisitions.
Rich began his career with Belron International, the largest global auto glass repair and replacement company, and was responsible for strategy, business, development, and operations for multiple divisions. After leading Belron’s entry into the US market, he led Safelite AutoGlass’ integration efforts as its COO. Rich contributed to Safelite doubling in size, making it the leading auto glass repair and replacement brand in the US Rich then co-founded TruRoad Holdings, where he held several senior executive positions and led its success in becoming the US’s second-largest auto glass repair and replacement firm.
Rich received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University
Kevin Burnett’s Chief Operations Officer title is backed by his 30+ years of collision industry expertise and a wealth of knowledge in information technology and operations leadership. Before joining our team, he led cross-functional teams and 735 collision repair shops to deliver consistent business results. As an integral part of a national MSO’s leadership team, Kevin has significant experience fostering strong relationships with insurers and other partners in the DRP/Strategic Accounts arena.
Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Business Management. Since 2017, he has been giving back to the industry by serving on the Board of Trustees for the Collision Repair Education Foundation (CREF).
Dan Fehrenbach brings 30 years of impactful leadership experience across multiple industries. Dan began his career as a CPA with Deloitte & Touche, steadily progressing in his career to hold CFO positions in various Private Equity owned portfolio companies. While at ARE Accessories LLC, a market-leading manufacturer of aftermarket pickup truck accessories, he executed a management restructuring and improvement plan that resulted in tripled earnings in two years. Due to this rapid progress, Dan then led the business’ marketing and sale process, culminating in a lucrative exit for the company’s investors. In his most recent role with Dimex LLC, recycled plastic products, Dan built a foundation for strong growth that doubled its revenue and earnings.
Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Wright State University and an MBA from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.
Patrick Morgan brings 15 years of operations experience in the collision repair sector. Early in his career, Patrick oversaw direct repairs at several locations for Progressive Insurance, one of the largest auto insurance providers in the US, managing the repair process with local repair partners to ensure a world-class customer experience and timely resolution of policyholder claims. Patrick then served as an Operations Manager for Collision Centers of America, managing 24 locations prior to its acquisition by ABRA Auto Body and Glass. He moved on to serve as the North American Senior Director at Innovation Group, working closely with leading insurance carriers to provide solutions to reduce claims cycle time, improve estimate accuracy, and reduce overall costs. Prior to joining our team, Patrick served as Regional Vice President for ABRA Auto Body and Glass (before and after the merger with Caliber Collision, the nation’s largest collision repair company), managing collision repair shops and key insurance partner relationships in Indiana.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University.

With over 25 years of progressive experience in human resources, Denise Kestner has successfully helped companies attract and retain the talent needed to advance organizational objectives. Prior to starting her consulting work, she held several senior and executive-level positions in human resources for CareCrest Health, as Director of Human Resources for ECOutlook, and the Director of Human Resources for Title First Agency. She then became the President of ClearPath HR, supporting clients across various industries in managing their human capital. In addition to her work in the human resources field, she also serves as a professor at three universities, including The Ohio State University.
Denise earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master's in Vocational Counseling from the University of Florida, along with a Master’s in Management, Labor Relations, and Human Resources from The Ohio State University.

Craig Douglas brings over 34 years of experience working in IT for retail and insurance. For the first 24 years of his career, Craig led the technology team at Safelite AutoGlass, where he was instrumental in building connections with the largest insurance companies in the US. There, he led critical projects, including the creation of Third-Party Claims Processing Applications, Call Center Systems, and Financial, Point of Sale, and Mobile Technologies. His most recent venture was serving as a consultant to large retail organizations, including TruRoad Holdings, where he led the technology strategy during a period of heavy acquisition of auto glass repair shops.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University.

VP, Strategic Accounts
Michael DeFrancesco adds a wealth of collision industry knowledge and expertise to our team with 30+ years of experience. His background is broad, spanning different aspects of the business, from fleet management to customer, vendor, and insurance relationships. Michael also worked in various capacities as a Business Development and Strategic Account Manager for the largest fleet management, wholesale parts, and collision MSOs in the US. While working at his family’s collision centers and auto glass repair company, he created a dynamic portal to bring the customer together with insurance companies and dealers. This initiative generated consistent revenue and provided an exceptional customer experience. When Michael joined ABRA, he made an immediate impact on his team and was promoted to Business Development Manager. In this role, he handled insurance relationships for the entire Northeast region. He continued the relationship when ABRA and Caliber merged, working with insurance partners as a Strategic Account Manager on a national level.
Michael has received the Highest Award of Achievement from Dale Carnegie.
VP, Strategic Accounts
As our General Counsel, Aaron Weir oversees the company’s legal affairs, along with internal legal functions and outside counsel relationships. He is committed to achieving our initiatives and overseeing all acquisition activity. Aaron is a member of the Leadership Team that establishes and implements the strategic direction of CollisionRight. Previously, Aaron was a partner in a prominent Columbus, Ohio, law firm where he focused his practice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance and acted as outside counsel to a variety of companies both in the US and abroad.
He graduated from Capital Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor in LLM in Taxation. Aaron also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University and a Master’s in Sports Administration from Ohio University.
VP, Integrations and Centralized Operations
Jennifer Defilippis brings almost 15 years of progressive operations experience in the auto collision industry, working with the largest national groups like Gerber, Caliber, and Service King. Prior to joining our team, she led process and development training efforts at Service King, ranging from new hires onboarding development to low performers coaching and partnering with Business Development as the organization’s DRP SME for its largest insurance partner, State Farm. While at Service King, she helped close to 300 new estimators launch their careers under the Estimator Development Program she oversaw. She built two centralized departments, Estimating and Closing RO Files, from process development to training and implementation for estimating and RO file-closings to improve operational efficiency. Jennifer also served as the business process liaison between operations and IT to create and oversee all CCC management processes and system controls with Operational Leadership. As part of the Project Management Office for the organization, she played a critical role in several key company initiatives, including the CCC management system rollout impacting all 330 locations and 6,500 teammates.
Jennifer is a certified PMI-ACP in Project Management, Vale estimating certification, along with multiple other training certifications.
