Chief Executive Officer
Rich Harrison brings almost 30 years of operations and business development experience in the automotive aftermarket across the United States, Canada and the UK. Prior to co-founding CollisionRight, Rich co-founded TruRoad Holdings, holding several senior management positions and leading growth that enabled the business to become the second largest auto glass repair and replacement firm in the U.S. Prior to TruRoad, he served as the Chief Operations Officer for Safelite Autoglass during a period when the business created and consolidated the leading market position in the U.S. Previously, he was employed as a manager responsible for strategy, business development and operations for various divisions of Belron International, the largest global auto glass repair and replacement group. Rich received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University.
Chief Financial Officer
Dan Fehrenbach is the Chief Financial Officer of CollisionRight. Prior to CollisionRight, Fehrenbach held CFO positions in a variety of Private Equity owned portfolio companies. In his most recent role with Dimex LLC (recycled plastic products), Dan built a foundation for strong growth that resulted in doubling the revenue and earnings. While at A.R.E. Accessories LLC, a market leading manufacturer of aftermarket pickup truck accessories, Fehrenbach was instrumental in a management restructuring and the execution of a multi-faceted improvement plan that tripled earnings in two years. Subsequently, and as a direct result of the swift progress, Fehrenbach led the marketing and sale process of the business culminating in a lucrative exit for the company’s investors. Having worked in other industries over a 30 year career, Fehrenbach began his career as a CPA with Deloitte & Touche. Fehrenbach earned a BS degree in Accountancy from Wright State University and an MBA from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.
Senior Vice President of Operations
Patrick Morgan brings 15 years of operations experience in the collision repair sector, including leadership assignments at the nation’s largest collision repair company and one of the largest providers of auto insurance in the U.S. Prior to joining CollisionRight, Patrick served as Regional Vice President for ABRA Auto Body and Glass (prior to and after merger with Caliber Collision), managing collision repair shops and key insurance partner relationships in the state of Indiana. Previously, he served as the North American Senior Director at Innovation Group, where he worked closely with leading insurance carriers to provide solutions to reduce claims cycle time, improve estimate accuracy and reduce overall costs. Prior to his time at Innovation Group, he served as an Operations Manager for Collision Centers of America, managing 24 locations prior to its acquisition by ABRA Auto Body and Glass. Prior to Collision Centers of America, Patrick oversaw direct repairs at several locations for Progressive Insurance, managing the repair process with local repair partners with a focus on ensuring a world-class customer experience and timely resolution of policyholder claims. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management from DeVry University.
Vice President of Human Resouces
Denise Kestner serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for CollisionRight. With over 25 years of progressive experience in the human resources discipline, she has successfully helped companies attract and retain the talent needed to advance organizational objectives. Prior to joining CollisionRight, Denise held the position of President of ClearPath HR. In this role, she supported clients across a variety of industries with the management of their human capital. Prior to entering the consulting arena, Denise held several senior and executive level positions in Human Resources. Specifically, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources for CareCrest Health, Director of Human Resources for ECOutlook and the Director of Human Resources for Title First Agency. In addition to her work in the human resources field, Denise also serves as a professor at three universities, including The Ohio State University.
Denise earned a BS degree in Psychology from the University of Florida, a master’s degree in Vocational Counseling from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in Management, Labor Relations, and Human Resources from The Ohio State University.
Vice President of Information Technology
Craig Douglas serves as the Vice President of Information Technology for CollisionRight. Craig brings over 34 years of experience working in IT for retail and insurance. Prior to joining the CollisionRight team, Craig had been working as a consultant to large retail organizations including TruRoad holdings where he led the technology strategy during a period of heavy acquisition of auto glass repair shops. For 24 years proceeding this, Craig led the technology at Safelite AutoGlass where he was instrumental in building connections with the largest insurance companies in the US. Throughout his Safelite tenure, Craig led critical projects including the creation of Third-Party Claims Processing Applications, Call Center Systems, Financial, Point of Sale and Mobile Technologies. Craig holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University.
Director of Strategic Accounts
Michael DeFrancesco adds a wealth of knowledge to the CollisionRight team as he has been in the collision industry for 30+ years. His background consists of a lot of different aspects in the business –– Fleet Management, Customer Service, Vendor and Insurance relationships. Michael has worked in several different capacities as a Business Development and Strategic Account Manager for the largest Fleet Management, Wholesale Parts, and Collision MSO’s in the US. Michael managed local insurance and dealer relations and created a dynamic portal to bring the customer, insurance company, and his family collision centers together along with their glass company. This generated consistent revenue and provided an exceptional customer experience. When Michael joined ABRA, he made an immediate impact with his team and was promoted to Business Development Manager, handling insurance relationships for the entire Northeast region. Michael’s territory included PA, NJ, DE, MD, OH, and IN. He continued the relationships when ABRA and Caliber merged with the insurance partners as a Strategic Account Manager on a national level. Michael has received the Highest Award of Achievement from Dale Carnegie.
